“Exploring the inner workings of things is something that has fascinated me since I was very young. My desire to understand the individual and to decipher, as far as possible, what constitutes and motivates them, has grown stronger over time.

My innate curiosity, my love of sport and kinesthesia have made me a lover of philosophy, a tireless practitioner of outdoor sports and a passionate enthusiast of martial arts, as a means of self-control and psycho-physical development.”

Some thirteen years ago, I began my academic and professional training as a manual therapist. I studied Technical Chiromassage. But that wasn’t enough for me. I was seeking a deeper understanding of the subject matter at the heart of my professional work. That quest for a broader and more comprehensive view of our constitution as human beings and the laws that govern it led me to study other disciplines that would complement my technical training, such as Integral Osteopathy, Applied Kinesiology and Posturology.

And it was thanks to these other disciplines – alongside Chiromassage – that I was able to help people of different ages, circumstances and professions, as well as dancers and athletes from many different countries and nationalities.

But my innate curiosity still drove me to explore other dimensions of the human being. I wanted to transcend the purely physical realm and gain a deeper understanding of people: why we are the way we are, and what motivates the individual in their behaviour and actions.

And that is how I delved deeper into the practical study of personality, training as an expert Enneagram coach. This enabled me to better understand the influence of the mind and human experiences on the body and the psycho-emotional dimension.
